At Safety-Testcenter GmbH, we offer comprehensive radio testing to ensure that your products meet legal requirements and function seamlessly in wireless environments. Through our dedicated accredited testing laboratories (STS 0034 and STS 0404), we cover a wide range of tests essential for the approval of radio equipment. Radio testing

Our radio absorber hall has real LTE and GPS reception directly in the hall:
Unlike many conventional shielded chambers that are completely isolated from external signals, we can test the following realistic scenarios for you:

  • Live mobile radio connections (LTE/4G, partially also 5G) during testing – ideal for Over-the-Air (OTA) tests, call setup, throughput measurements, handover scenarios, or immunity to real network signals.

  • Real GNSS reception (GPS, Galileo etc.) – perfect for navigation devices, trackers, automotive applications, drones, or IoT products with position determination. For example, we test TTFF (Time to First Fix), sensitivity, or immunity under real satellite signals – without expensive simulators or artificial signal injection.
